Referees 2017

A great success for the organizers of the Referee Cup: three or four FIFA referees from Africa will be guest in Lueneburg and officiate the matches. The two 2016 Olympics contestants and the 2015 World Cup referees Gladys Lengwe from Zambia and Bernadettar Kwimbira from Malawi are among the participants. And there are a former FIFA assistant from Uganda: Diana Mukasa, who lives now in Norway.
Not a FIFA referee, but still very respected is the former German district referee Yavuz Dag (Celle), who now also announced his participation. If he had started his career earlier, he would certainly have become a FIFA referee, so the organizers accepted that. The same attributes apply to Kord Schröder, who lives now in Lueneburg, but is still on the road for his home district of Rotenburg as referee observer.
And the chairman of the Lueneburg Referees should not be missing: Falko Meyer (Adendorf) will also be on the pitches. But also a Bavarian referee will officiate: Oliver Albrecht from the referees group Zirndorf will be there. He was until 2007 as referee on the district level for the Lueneburg Referees Association.
